Player of the Month
With the West of England Billiards Open being held at Jesters, Swindon next month on the 3rd March, it seems fitting we should have an English Billiards player as Player of the Month. Earlier in the season Barry Russell, from Plymouth reached the semi finals of the inaugural WEBSF English Billiards Open and posted the highest break of the tournament (111). The number of players that play English Billiards have dwindled over the years, giving way to the more popular Snooker and Pool. However, those that have persevered have come to find joy in the challenge of trying to master the artistry of three ball game. Good luck to Barry and all the other players next month.
