It all started back in 2004 with Grant Cole wining the West of England Billiards & Snooker Foundation Silver Waistcoat Tour- event 1.
More recently this tour has wavered a bit but the intention is to run one or two events again this season. Thanks again in no small part to Wayne and the other members of the Management Team who give up their valuable time to make this possible.
