Due to the number of cancellations received during registration for the Gold Waistcoat Event 1 and the additional work this caused for the tournament administrator, the WEBSF Management Team have decided to add the paragraph below to the WEBSF tournament rules. This rule will will apply from 3rd October 2015 21:00.
Registration will be opened at a specified date and time in advance of the tournament start date. Generally players will be accepted on a ‘first come first served’ basis. In the case of a tournament series (tour), selected players will be invited to register early, based on previous event attendance. Once the tournament/event limit has been reached, players will be added to a reserve list. Reserves will be invited to enter in the event of cancellations. Where entry fees have been received from reserves, these will be refunded in full. ‘No-shows’ and cancellations will only be refunded in exceptional circumstances and with agreement of the WEBSF Management Team.
